Terms of Service
Last updated 29 October 2026
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
What HookCat is
HookCat is open software: a Uniswap v4 hook on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663) and this interface to it. The interface reads public chain data and prepares transactions that you review and sign in your own wallet. The operator never holds your funds, never signs for you and cannot reverse a transaction.
Not a broker, not advice
HookCat is software, not a broker, exchange, bank or adviser. Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice. Fees, replays, scores and leaderboards describe what code computed from public data; they say nothing about future returns.
Risks you accept
- Providing liquidity can lose value against holding the two assets, and a pool's price can move fast or be thin.
- A cat's fee can be anywhere between 0.01% and 3.00% on a given swap; check
quoteFeeor the quote on the page before you sign. - Smart contracts can have bugs. The hook was tested and its source is verified, which does not make it free of defects.
- Tokens paired in pools, including tokenized stocks and coins launched by anyone, carry their own issuer and market risks.
- Replays and grid search scores rely on stated models and past swaps.
Third parties
HookCat pools run on Uniswap v4 contracts (PoolManager, PositionManager, Universal Router, Permit2) and on Robinhood Chain. HookCat is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Uniswap Labs, Robinhood, Paxos or the issuers of any token shown. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe integrations.
$HCAT
Staking $HCAT, when available, shares the stakers' cut of fees in ETH pro rata to stake. It is a utility of the protocol, not a claim on the operator, and it can be worth nothing.
Your conduct
Do not use the site to break the law, including sanctions laws, or to interfere with the service. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and the taxes on your activity.
Liability
The site and the contracts are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from their use.
Changes
These terms can change; the date above shows the last update. The deployed hook cannot be changed by these terms or by the operator, as the contract reference explains.
