HookCat is a Uniswap v4 dynamic-fee hook. Each pool adopts a cat, a fee formula published by a builder; the hook prices every swap with it, from the pool's own volatility, and splits what is charged above 0.30% between LPs, the builder and $HCAT stakers, in ETH.
