Privacy Policy

HookCat is an interface to a Uniswap v4 hook. This policy explains what the site handles when you use it and what it does not.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. There is no account, no sign-up, no email form and no analytics. We do not use cookies, local storage for tracking, fingerprinting or third-party trackers.

Your wallet

The site never asks your wallet for anything when a page loads. When you press Connect wallet, your browser wallet shares your public address with the page; it stays in your browser and is used to read balances and to prepare transactions you sign yourself. Transactions you send are public on the blockchain by design; we cannot change or remove them.

Server logs

The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, path, time) for a short period, for security and operations. The API routes read public blockchain data through a public RPC endpoint; requests to the training agent, when it is connected, carry only replay statistics and parameter sets, never your address.

Legal basis and your rights (GDPR)

Request logs are kept on the basis of legitimate interest in running a secure service. As we hold no account or profile about you, there is nothing to access, export, correct or erase on our side; you can still write to us to ask, and to object to any processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
